Get this huawei Calc and Get your Code Then Go to here Now Put Your NCK and Generate md5 hash Then Go to DC-Unlocker Click on search and Type AT^CARDUNLOCK="NCk md5 hash"
For Example My NCK is 99887766 then generated md5 Would be "54d50ca4a93ea84ad048a2aba899a9d9"
Command Would look like This AT^CARDUNLOCK="54d50ca4a93ea84ad048a2aba899a9d9"
This Thing Will Reset d counter Attempts Kindly Let me Know if It helped Thanks Take care

IF the Above Method Did not work kindly try this
at ^ datalock = "unlock code"
at ^ maxlcktms = 10 without quotes
IT will reset d counter click on search in dc unlocker and it should be 10 remaining attempts.
